Good morning Guidance Counsellors and Guidance Secretaries,
I hope you had a great long weekend!
On Thursday, February 23rd at 9:30am, we would like to invite you to attend a meeting that we are anticipating lasting approximately 1 hour (link below). We would like to provide some updates and direction regarding the following topics:
* Differentiating Remote Day School courses vs. eLearning courses on Prism
* Assigning the correct course code to students based on whether the course qualifies for PPM167
* Inputting OeLC course placeholders on student schedules
* Cross enrolling students who are enrolled in more than 1 Grid course/Ending Cross Enrolments, Dates, Full year Grid Student (S1 and S2 at same school)
* Manually adding courses to student transcripts from OOB Schools
* Using the correct mident number when entering completed courses that are taken outside of CDSBEO
* CDSBEO Grid courses will be automatically added to student’s transcript once the secondary school hosting the course has posted the marks.
* Secondary School (host School) is responsible for sending report cards to primary school for OSR and must send copy home to parent/guardian
* Procedure for Report Cards from OOB schools
* Aspen Updates
* OCAS/ OUAC – Grid Courses, OOB Course Manual Entry for Grade 12 students
* Course changes at end of Semester
* School Course Catalogue
* Students without schedules for Semester 2
