What is Chaplaincy?
The Chaplaincy Leader:
-coordinates programs and activities that respond to the spiritual needs of the school community in the interest of integrating Christian faith and practice;
-facilitates an openness to sharing Christian faith in authentic witness to the teachings of the Gospel;
-encourages charity, co-responsibility, and leadership among staff and students.
What do we do?
-coordinate liturgical events and other Board related activities
-facilitate community social events
-provide ongoing spiritual guidance
-provide links with local Christian communities
-guide School Board Mission Trip to Guatemala
-help lead Social Justice group
-work with staff to promote Catholic virtues within the school
